Can I return a plant if I just change my mind?

Live plants aren't returned for change of mind — the 24-hour arrival guarantee covers quality and transit issues instead. Planters and plant-care accessories can be returned within 30 days for any reason.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the funds.
